Who am I
I design learning experiences and build AI systems, both centered on one thing: helping people perform better.
On the learning side, I build scenario-based eLearning focused on behavior change.
On the AI side, I design systems and automations and train teams to adopt them confidently.
Before transitioning into instructional design, I spent 17 years teaching and leading in world language education, building programs, training educators, and scaling initiatives from the ground up. That foundation continues to shape how I design: with clarity, collaboration, and an eye toward real-world impact.
I work with clients on freelance projects and remain open to full-time opportunities where I can contribute to a team doing meaningful work at the intersection of learning and AI.
